Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use PasteGrab. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

Service description

PasteGrab provides link-based tools to preview and download public media from supported third-party hosts using server-side processing (including yt-dlp). Supported platforms, formats, file-size limits, and rate limits may change without notice. We do not guarantee that every public URL will resolve successfully or remain supported over time.

Accounts and access

Core downloads do not require an account. Optional authentication may unlock features such as job history. Administrative access is restricted to authorized operators and is not offered to the public. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials if you choose to sign in.

Acceptable use

You may use PasteGrab only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to access and save. The Acceptable Use Policy describes permitted and prohibited conduct in detail, including restrictions on DRM circumvention, paywall bypass, private media, and automated abuse.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you lawfully download. PasteGrab does not claim ownership of third-party media. You grant PasteGrab a limited, non-exclusive license to process URLs and temporary files solely to provide the service. PasteGrab's name, branding, software, and documentation are our intellectual property and may not be copied except as allowed by law.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use PasteGrab to violate copyright, platform terms, or applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass technical limits, compliance controls, or authentication.
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the service through excessive automated requests.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except where legally permitted.
• Submit malware links or content intended to harm our infrastructure or users.

Service availability

PasteGrab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during active development. Staging and free-tier deployments may experience downtime, queue delays, or capacity limits described in limits documentation and pricing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PasteGrab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that downloads will meet your requirements or that files are free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PasteGrab and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PasteGrab and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your downloaded content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the service or others. You may stop using PasteGrab at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

Governing law
